Adding Vivido Lighting to Alarms.com/2Gig Z-Wave Panels

It is possible to use URC Vivido lighting dimmers with Alarm.com and 2Gig Z-wave alarm panels.  

To use with 2GIG CP21 panel/controllers:

  • assure the 2GIG/CP21 Panel/Controller is updated to firmware v1.14 or later.
  • Please see this video to enable Z-Wave and add devices to a 2GIG CP21 panel.  Video or CP21 Programming Manual

Note: Programming our lighting is NOT possible under the Alarm.com interfaces.  If adding Z-Wave devices,it must be done directly on the alarm panel.
