"Room Is Off" Error
Symptom:
When a user receives an error message on any interface that reads "Room is Off."
Solution:
1- Modify your punchthroughs manually.
2- Re-accelerate with the erase option in Step 12
Explanation:
This message appears when a punchthough is set incorrectly. This occurs if an installer assigns inputs and outputs in step 7, or step 8, accelerates, and then goes back and changes these settings (example: living room is changed from Zone 1 to Zone 2 and accelerates with the preserve option). When accelerating with the preserve option the software will not modify the volume punchthrough to the new zone it "preserves the last zone volume setting.
