Lost Program After Changing Batteries MX-900, MX-450, MX-350

Symptom:

Replaced batteries in the remote and lost the programming.  This can occur in the MX-350, MX-450 and MX-900.  If this happens please follow the steps below:

Solution:

Remove all the batteries from the remote and let it sit for at a minimum of five (5) minutes.  After five (5) minutes, replace the batteries. Programming "should" be restored.  If the programming is not restored, repeat the procedure and let site for a minimum of ten (10) minutes.  If the error is still occurring, please contact URC Customer Service.
