Master Resetting The THZ-100

If the THZ-100 locks up or requires a factory default, perform the steps below.  NOTE:  This deletes any and all data, settings, schedule, etc.  Follow the directions below to reset the THZ-100.

Master resetting the THZ-100 requires a small screw driver, paper clip, or similar device.

  1. Hold down the Up and Down Arrows on the front of the THZ-100.
  2. Insert the screw driver into the recessed button on the right side of the Thermostat. Hold it down for 3 seconds, and release. Once the reset button is released a progress bar starts to scroll at the button of the display.  
  3. It is now safe to remove your hands from the Up and Down Arrows. The Thermostat reboots to is factory defaulted state.
