Error Logging into URC Offsite Programming Portal

Error or Unable to log into the URC Offsite Portal:

You may encounter errors if trying to login to your Dealer account from the Google Chrome Browser. Currently as of September 1, 2015, Chrome Browser DOES NOT SUPPORT Microsoft Silverlight.

Solution:     

Use a different browser such as Mozilla Firefox®, Safari® or Internet Explorer®         Link:  https://www.urcrms.com
